Thanks for all your aid but nothing at all labored as I still can’t do an iCloud back up. I did every little thing you stated and perhaps restored from scratch and both equally my iPhone 13 & iPhone XR simultaneously can now not backup towards the cloud. I also reset my modem but all the things operates on equally iPhones just the ICloud back up
